Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Executive located in Dadri. The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing customer accounts, and providing exceptional service. The role includes responding to customer calls, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The executive will also need to maintain accurate records, communicate with other team members, and deliver reports on service activities. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience in handling customer inquiries and managing customer accounts Problem-solving skills and ability to resolve issues promptly Knowledge of call center software and CRM systems Ability to work effectively in a team Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills Prior experience in customer service is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
