Design comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and traceability matrices aligned with quality objectives. Architect, develop, and continuously improve automation frameworks, including step definitions, drivers, utilities, and custom libraries tailored to product needs. Provide strategic leadership to the automation testing team in reviews and tech debts, ensuring alignment with project timelines, quality goals, and standard processes. Build / Customize the automation framework / Step definitions / Drivers / Libraries. Implement the scripts / test cases for the different products. Lead all aspects of and implement automated test suites across multiple platforms and environments, ensuring reliability, efficiency, and early defect detection. Partner with multi-functional teams to gain deep insights into product architecture, advocate for testability improvements, and drive continuous optimization of automation coverage and test effectiveness What You Bring BE / B. Tech / MCA / ME / M. Tech in Computer Science, Electronics or Electrical Engineering/ with an excellent academic track record Minimum 10+ years of experience in Automation testing & at least 3 years of experience with Agile methodologies & Behavior Driven Development Hands on extensive experience in developing and implementation of Test Automation, Test Plan, Test Strategy etc. Strong Database skills (MySQL & SQL server) ISTQB certification. Mastering in scripting languages (Ruby, PowerShell, Python) & BDD testing.
