Key Responsibilities: Document Management: Receive, process, and organize contracts, technical reports, correspondence, drawings, etc. Maintain accurate version control and document history. Ensure naming conventions and filing standards are followed for easy retrieval. Document Control System: Operate electronic document management systems (EDMS). Provide user training and ensure compliance with document control procedures and industry standards. Distribution and Retrieval: Distribute documents to authorized personnel with controlled access. Monitor and track all document movements and retrievals. Quality Assurance: Perform periodic audits to ensure documents are accurate, complete, and compliant. Address non-conformities and coordinate corrective actions. Security & Confidentiality: Ensure restricted access to sensitive documents. Adhere strictly to data protection and company confidentiality policies. Collaboration: Work closely with project teams and departments to compile and manage project documentation. Act as a communication bridge for document-related tasks. Record Retention & Improvement: Implement and manage document retention and disposal policies. Continuously improve document workflows for enhanced efficiency. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Proven experience as a Document Controller or in a similar administrative role. Familiarity with EDMS/document control software. High attention to detail and strong organizational ability. Effective interpersonal and communication skills.

The BizOps (Clearing/GCMS) team is looking for a Site Reliability Engineer who will play a pivotal role in problem-solving, building our CI/CD pipeline, and leading Mastercard in DevOps automation and best practices. If you're a born problem solver with a passion for understanding how things work, a CI/CD geek who loves all things automation, and someone with a low tolerance for manual tasks, then this role is for you. Business Operations is at the forefront of Mastercard's DevOps transformation, driving change and establishing standards across development, quality, release, and product organizations. We need individuals with an appetite for innovation and a desire to push the boundaries of automation. Strong experience in collaborating with development, operations, and product teams to prioritize needs and build relationships is essential. Responsibilities For All Team Members: Engage in and improve the whole lifecycle of services from inception and design, through deployment, operation, and refinement. Analyze ITSM activities of the platform and provide a feedback loop to development teams on operational gaps or resiliency concerns. Support services before they go live through activities such as system design consulting, capacity planning, and launch reviews. Maintain services once they are live by measuring and monitoring availability, latency, and overall system health. Scale systems sustainably through mechanisms like automation, and evolve systems by pushing for changes that improve reliability and velocity. Support the application CI/CD pipeline for promoting software into higher environments through validation and operational gating, and lead Mastercard in DevOps automation and best practices. Practice sustainable incident response and blameless postmortems. Take a holistic approach to problem-solving by connecting the dots during a production event across the various technology stacks that make up the platform to optimize mean time to recovery. Work with a global team spread across tech hubs in multiple geographies and time zones. Share knowledge and mentor junior resources. For Team Members Supporting the DevOps Pipeline: Design, implement, and enhance our deployment automation based on Chef . This requires proven experience writing Chef recipes/cookbooks, as well as designing and implementing an overall Chef-based release and deployment process. Utilize Jenkins to orchestrate builds and link to tools like Sonar, Chef, Maven, and Artifactory to build out the CI/CD pipeline. Support deployments of code into multiple lower environments, supporting current processes with an emphasis on automating everything as soon as possible . Design and implement a Git-based code management strategy that supports multiple environment deployments in parallel. Experience with automation for branch management, code promotions, and version management is a plus.
