As a Product Designer at Dr. Agarwal's Healthcare Limited (AHCL) in Chennai, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and enhancing patient experiences within the healthcare industry. AHCL, along with its sister concerns Elisar and Maatrum Technologies, is forming a central design team to tackle industry-first challenges, offering you the opportunity to work on impactful design solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to act as the voice of the user, champion design thinking, and bridge the gap between aesthetics and functionality. You will not only be designing but also transforming the user experience. On a daily basis, you will immerse yourself in user interactions, observe their behaviors, identify improvement areas, and understand their pain points. By delving into analytics and user session recordings, you will gather insights to inform your design decisions. Your tasks will include mapping user journeys and information architecture, creating wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes. Through experimentation, iteration, and collaboration with cross-functional teams, you will bring your designs to life while aligning them with the product vision and key metrics.
