About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Senior Bench Sales Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing our bench consultants to clients and system integrators and ensuring consistent placement and revenue generation. You should have a proven track record of successful bench sales in the IT staffing industry. Key Responsibilities: Identify, market, and place bench consultants (H1B, GC, USC, TN, EAD consultants) with implementation partners, direct clients, and preferred vendors. Develop relationships with tier-1 vendors and clients , proactively identifying business opportunities. Screen and qualify candidates on the bench, ensuring skill alignment and readiness for client interviews. Negotiate rates and terms with clients and vendors to maximize profitability. Prepare and maintain detailed consultant marketing plans , including hotlists and status reports. Utilize job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed), social media, and networking channels to market consultants effectively. Ensure compliance with federal regulations, visa policies, and internal processes during the recruitment and onboarding process. Track and report weekly placement activities , pipeline status, and closures to management. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior bench sales recruiters (if applicable). Required Skills and Qualifications: 5+ years of proven experience in US IT Bench Sales Recruiting. Strong knowledge of various work authorizations (H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, USC, etc.). Expertise in marketing consultants , rate negotiation, and closing deals. Established network of implementation partners, preferred vendors, and direct clients . Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with ATS, CRM tools, and major job portals . Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in a senior or lead bench sales role . Experience training or mentoring junior recruiters. Bachelors degree.
