Key Responsibilities: Organize skating training sessions at beginner and advanced levels. Teach correct skating techniques, posture, and balance. Ensure students wear protective gear and follow safety standards. Prepare students for inter-school and district skating competitions. Qualifications: Certification in Skating Coaching from recognized authority. Prior experience in training school/academy skaters. 3. Basketball CoachJob Purpose: To develop students’ basketball skills, fitness, and team coordination while promoting discipline and competitive spirit. Key Responsibilities: Plan and conduct basketball practice sessions. Develop individual skills (shooting, dribbling, passing, defense) and team strategies. Prepare teams for inter-school and state-level competitions. Maintain basketball court and training equipment. Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Physical Education (preferred). Certification from Basketball Federation of India / NIS. Coaching/playing experience at competitive level. 4. Shooting InstructorJob Purpose: To train cadets in rifle/pistol shooting, ensuring precision, discipline, and safety at all times. Key Responsibilities: Conduct theory and practical sessions on shooting techniques. Train students in proper handling of rifles/pistols with safety protocols. Maintain shooting range and weapons in safe condition. Prepare cadets for shooting competitions. Qualifications: Certification in Shooting Coaching / NIS Diploma. Prior experience as a Shooting Instructor (school/academy/defense background preferred). Strong knowledge of weapon handling and safety. 5. Drill InstructorJob Purpose: To instill discipline, leadership, and physical fitness in cadets through drill and parade training. Key Responsibilities: Conduct daily parade, marching, and drill training. Teach uniform turnout, discipline, and etiquette. Prepare cadets for ceremonial parades and school events.
