Role Description This is a part-time freelance role for a Sustainability Consultant at Veridix Consulting, Across India. The consultant will be responsible for providing expertise in sustainability certifications guidance, conducting compliance assessments, and promoting sustainable practices across businesses and government agencies. The role involves working with diverse industries to implement sustainability strategies and support clients in achieving relevant certifications and environmental goals. Qualifications Strong knowledge of sustainability certifications and compliance frameworks.Familiarity with Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi), Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), GRI Standards, and the Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Protocol.Proven experience in implementing sustainable practices within organizations.Ability to engage and collaborate with businesses and government stakeholders on sustainability initiatives.Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.Project management experience in sustainability-related projects.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field.
