Project Planning and Execution: (I) Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for fire safety and CCTV/Access control installations, upgrades, or maintenance projects (II) Manage project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization (III) Maintain regular communication with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams, providing updates on project progress and addressing concerns (IV) Implement quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle to ensure installations meet industry standards and client expectations (V) Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project completion Specific Task: Conducting site surveys and assessments. Developing detailed project proposals and technical specifications. Coordinating with subcontractors and vendors. Overseeing installation, testing, and commissioning of systems. Preparing and submitting project reports and documentation. Troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions. Conducting regular site inspections and quality control checks. Managing project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports. Participating in project meetings and presentations. Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and procedures. SKILLS REQUIRED: (I) Proven experience in project planning, execution, monitoring, and control (II) Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders (III) Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, fire science, or project management (IV) Knowledge of Auto-Cad would be preferred (V) Knowledge of MS Word & Excel is a must (VI) Experience in Electrical Systems would be preferred
