As an experienced Creative Head, you will be responsible for bringing a strategic and holistic approach to branding. Your role will involve understanding how to build, scale, and evolve brands with consistency, clarity, and cultural relevance across all touchpoints, including identity systems, storytelling, and experience. Your key responsibilities will include leading the development and execution of brand identity across various platforms, as well as building and mentoring a high-performing creative team comprising design, copy, and content professionals. You will need to translate brand strategy into a cohesive visual and verbal language, craft campaigns and narratives that resonate with target audiences, and collaborate effectively with marketing, product, and business teams. To excel in this role, you should have at least 8 years of experience in creative direction or brand leadership, with a proven track record in building and scaling strong brand identities. Strong conceptual and executional skills are essential, along with experience in creating and maintaining design systems. Excellent leadership and communication abilities are also required. Having a background in luxury branding or premium watch brands would be considered a bonus and highly valued for this position.,
