We are hiring for a Calling executive/ Customer care expert who can generate new business opportunities by calling prospective clients, introducing manufacturing products/services, and scheduling meetings for the sales team. Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers (B2B industrial clients). Explain companys manufacturing products, features, and benefits to prospects. Generate and qualify leads, maintain CRM database. Schedule appointments/demos for the sales team. Share marketing collaterals, brochures, and proposals with clients. Support marketing campaigns (trade shows, exhibitions, email, WhatsApp). Provide daily/weekly reporting on calls, leads, and conversions. Desired profile: Good communication skills (English, Hindi, and regional language). Confidence in telecalling and customer handling. Knowledge of manufacturing/industrial products preferred. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM tools). Positive attitude and ability to work in a target-driven environment Graduate in any stream (preferably Marketing / Business Administration) 2- 4 years of experience in telemarketing / inside sales / customer service CTC Components: Fixed Salary (Basic + Allowances) Incentives/Commission on Lead Conversions or Performance Bonus Travel Allowance (if client visits included)
