Activités Rejoignez notre filiale TotalEnergies Marketing India basée à Mumbai ! Intégré(e) à l'équipe Financial Planning & Analysis pour assurer une analyse approfondie de la performance des ventes, les principales missions du Business Analyst seront les suivantes : Aider les équipes commerciales à analyser les données à l'aide de l'analyse des données et à préparer des tableaux de bord à l'aide d'outils d'analyse des données. Conception et automatisation de tableaux de bord Power BI pour le suivi des performances et l'établissement de rapports (rapports d'activité mensuels, suivi quotidien des indicateurs clés de performance, etc.) Développement d'un outil de contrôle et de suivi des marges, ainsi que d'un système de vérification de la conformité des crédits émis, via Power BI et des requêtes ETL (SAP BO). Création d'un outil de collecte de données multiples et de reporting pour le suivi quotidien de l'activité Auto LPG, avec des alertes quotidiennes et l'évaluation des promotions. Création d'un outil de suivi des stocks pour faciliter la prise de décision en fin de mois et le suivi trimestriel du BFR. Préparation des prévisions périodiques pour estimer la position de fin de mois sur les paramètres ci-dessus. Mise en place des outils pour effectuer des analyses de variance, préparation des analyses sur le bilan, les flux de trésorerie, le fonds de roulement mensuel, les effectifs, les rapports sur les investissements, les stations-service, le RES1 mensuel à l'intention de la direction. Préparation des tableaux de bord analytiques pour les indicateurs clés de l'entreprise tels que le chiffre d'affaires, les volumes et les marges brutes, par produit et par segment, les coûts de production et les coûts variables avec leur ventilation et leur analyse, les coûts fixes et le résultat d'exploitation net par segment d'activité. Saisie et suivi dans un tableau de bord par d'autres fonctions afin d'avoir une vue d'ensemble des indicateurs clés de performance des filiales avec les fonctions commerciales et de soutien. Préparation des outils Excel ou autres pour fournir aux chefs d'entreprise des outils permettant de piloter l'entreprise en fonction des résultats escomptés. Compilation des mesures annuelles à soumettre à MS APME, par exemple la taille du marché, le nombre d'employés, les taux d'inflation, etc. et tout ce qui précède de manière à ce qu'il soit automatisé et à présenter des rapports selon les besoins pour piloter les activités et rendre compte à APME. Participation à l'automatisation des budgets annuels, des plans à long terme et des plans de financement annuels, ainsi que des résumés et de leur analyse. Emission, à l'aide d'outils, de comptes de résultat prévisionnels pour les travaux trimestriels et annuels relatifs à l'impôt anticipé effectués par le service des impôts. Création de rapports pouvant être convertis en graphiques pour les supports sous PowerPoint destinés à l'établissement de rapports à l'intention de la direction générale.
