You’ll be joining a lean, fast-moving team that operates across a wide range of industries, working alongside other skilled media buyers and growth-minded team members who are passionate about data, creative testing, and scaling results-driven campaigns. What You’ll Do Build, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads Set up and manage tracking using GTM, Hyros, and Triple Whale Monitor daily performance metrics and suggest clear data-backed optimizations Execute A/B tests for creative, audience, hook, and offer variations Assist in budget pacing, scaling decisions, and funnel performance analysis Generate weekly performance reports with actionable insights What We’re Looking For 2–3 years of hands-on media buying experience (not internships) Proven success managing e-commerce and/or info-product funnels Familiarity with GTM, Hyros, and Triple Whale - or strong willingness to learn Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data and trends Solid understanding of campaign structure, performance KPIs, and optimization strategy Available to work full-time from 12:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST Bonus Skills (Nice to Have) Past experience scaling ad accounts profitably — not just managing spend Confident in reading KPI dashboards and recommending improvements Why Join Vential Marketing LTD?
