As a Senior QA Automation Engineer at Ventaja International Corp., you will play a crucial role in enhancing our quality assurance practices across mobile and web platforms. Your primary responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining robust automation test scripts for mobile applications (iOS and Android) and web-based platforms. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and manual testers to ensure high-quality releases. Moreover, you will be responsible for building scalable and maintainable test frameworks for regression and functional testing, executing automated test suites, and analyzing test results to ensure product quality. Your role will also involve identifying, documenting, and tracking bugs and performance issues, and working with development teams for resolution. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 4 years of experience in QA Automation with a focus on mobile and web application testing. Strong expertise in tools such as Appium, Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, Postman, BrowserStack, or similar is required. Experience testing Flutter, React Native, or native Android/iOS apps is preferred.
