We are currently building a state-of-the-art R&D program focused on biodegradable paper-based innovations with commercial applications in agriculture and packaging. Role Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and capable R&D Scientist with a background in materials science, paper/fiber technology, or sustainable coatings to lead the formulation, prototyping, and testing of fiber-based biodegradable products. The role involves both lab-based research and field-level application trials, working closely with our technical leadership and manufacturing teams.
