6+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM integrations . Expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle Cloud HCM architecture . Strong understanding of HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, Fast Formulas, Payroll Interfaces , and Workflows. Solid experience in REST/SOAP web services , XML, JSON, and database technologies ( SQL, PL/SQL ). Hands-on experience in PaaS development and extending Oracle HCM functionality. Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills for integration-related issues. Ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills . Oracle certifications in HCM or Integration Cloud (preferred).
