You will work closely with the digital marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels, integrating online and offline efforts for a seamless customer experience. Analyzing customer behavior and market trends to tailor marketing initiatives that resonate with the target audience will also be a key aspect of your role. Building and maintaining relationships with external partners, agencies, and influencers to drive collaborative marketing opportunities, monitoring campaign performance, tracking ROI, and reporting on key performance metrics to evaluate success and inform future strategies will be crucial elements of your job. Additionally, you will lead and support in-store events and promotions, ensuring alignment with broader marketing and brand objectives. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management and marketing. This is a full-time, permanent role with opportunities for growth and development.
