Role & responsibilities 1. Knowledge of automotive parts manufacturing process and application - switches, sensors, lamps and wiring harness. 2. Process audit as per check sheet and improvements against gaps identified. 3. Root cause analysis and countermeasure implementation. 4. Assessment of mold and Assy fixtures for required improvements. 5. Data management and presentation skills like Excel and PowerPoint etc. 6. Follow-up with vendors for upgradation against identified key weak area. Preferred candidate profile Good Analytical skills, Domain Knowledge, Communication Skills, Good Quick Learning, Flexible in nature and time management.
