Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for overseeing the entire process of managing the Subcontractors, including selecting them, negotiating contracts, monitoring their performance and resolving any issues that arise throughout the project. 2. Identifying and evaluating potential subcontractors based on their capabilities, experience and financial stability. 3. Responsible to Manage the drafting, negotiating sub contract agreements with vendors, ensuring clear terms regarding deliverables, timelines, payment, schedules and risk allocation. 4. Tacking subcontractor progress against project milestones, identifying potential issues early on, taking corrective actions when necessary. 5. Maintaining open communication channels with subcontractors, addressing concerns promptly and facilitating collaboration between different parties involved in the project. 6. Identifying and mitigating potential risks associated with subcontractors work including quality, schedule delays and financial instability. 7. Manage conflicts if any or disagreements that may arise between the Shipbuilding management and Subcontractors through negotiation or mediation. 8. Monitor subcontractors invoices and ensuring compliance with budget constraints.

B.Tech in Mech. Engg. + MBA and having about 12 to 15 yrs experience in marketing in Drilling equipment manufacturing Company and dealing with Govt. Oil field company like Oil India & ONGC in India & abroad also various private oil field company ,having excellent networking & communication skill, Business Development & future planning, expertise in presentation, having good exposure of tendering, Bid process, GEM and Liaison, Vendor registration, contact with pipe company. He should have knowledge of Govt. Polices etc.
