Vendor Compliance Advisor 2

As a Vendor Compliance Advisor 2 at Hyland Software, you will be responsible for providing advice and assisting in the execution of enterprise-wide best practices and programs for vendor management. Your key responsibilities will include onboarding new vendors, completing periodic due diligence and risk assessments, maintaining vendor records, and assisting with ongoing vendor oversight. You will also be involved in analyzing exception requests, developing professional relationships with both business stakeholders and vendors, and ensuring compliance with corporate privacy and data security policies. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, demonstrated experience in vendor management and compliance, good critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and excellent oral and written communication skills. You should also possess strong organizational, multi-tasking, time management, and collaborative skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, customer service orientation, self-motivation, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment are essential. Knowledge of operating systems, sourcing practices, and vendor management will be beneficial.
