You should have 11 to 15 years of experience in roles related to Warehouse, Vendor Management, and Vendor assessments. As a candidate, you must possess a BE degree in any stream, or be a graduate with an MBA in Material Management. Your responsibilities will include managing indirect procurement for various categories such as Mechanical, Electrical, Utility, Instrument, Hydraulic, Pneumatic, Safety, Admin, HR, Housekeeping, Civil & Quality Lab Consumables, change parts of machinery, and procurement of alternative fuel (FO, LDO & HSD). Additionally, you will be in charge of procuring capex items, MRO items, raw materials, lab chemicals, packaging items, and handling the entire P2P process for the site. You should have the ability to focus on cost-effective sourcing, including Imports, and possess sound knowledge of business processes and projects related to the purchase of chemicals and engineering items. Your role will also involve vendor development, inventory management, handling store activities, and technical buying. Furthermore, you will need to be well-versed in all types of service contracts, SOPs, and IMS, while also monitoring and managing a team effectively. Your interactions will be both internal and external, involving Procurement (Decision on Pricing, Purchase Decision), Logistics, Stores (Inventory control, Dispatches, billing management), Vendors, Transporters, and service contractors. Overall, the ideal candidate for this position will have a strong background in procurement, inventory management, and vendor relations, coupled with expertise in various areas such as logistics, procurement, and audits.,
