Role Overview: We’re looking for a fashion-forward, hands-on intern to join our on-ground team. This paid, full-time internship offers immersive experience across retail operations, brand onboarding, and content strategy. Key Responsibilities: Store Sales & Customer Engagement Assist walk-in customers and provide styling support Communicate product details and brand stories Support in-store events, pop-ups, and special activations Inventory Management Maintain and organize inventory across multiple brands Tag, track, and assist in regular stock audits Coordinate product dispatches and restocking Brand Onboarding & Coordination Assist with onboarding new fashion labels to the platform Manage product catalogues, listings, and sample coordination Communicate with partner brands for updates and deliverables Content Strategy Support Help plan and execute Instagram content and store visuals Assist with shoots, campaigns, and behind-the-scenes content Research trends and contribute to content ideation and planning Who You Are: Passionate about fashion, especially streetwear and youth-led culture A strong communicator with attention to detail Organized, creative, and proactive Based in Kolkata and available for a full-time internship Open to working weekends during key events and store activations What You’ll Gain: Paid monthly stipend Certificate and letter of recommendation (performance-based) Exclusive access to merchandise and team discounts Hands-on experience in fashion retail and brand operations Potential opportunity for a long-term role
