We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Social Media Manager who can take complete ownership of our clients' social media presence. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills capable of crafting strategies, translating briefs into action, running end-to-end campaigns, and coordinating seamlessly with creative teams. You’ll be responsible for performance tracking, reporting, and client communication, with the goal of driving measurable impact across platforms. Key Responsibilities: 1. Client Management & Strategy Understand client briefs, ask the right questions, and translate them into effective communication strategies Develop and present comprehensive monthly or quarterly social media strategies aligned with business objectives Lead client communication, present campaign ideas and performance reports effectively 2. Content Planning & Execution Plan and manage monthly content calendars for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube Collaborate with designers and copywriters to create content that aligns with the strategy Provide clear and actionable briefs to creative teams based on campaign goals 3. Platform Management & Publishing Manage the end-to-end publishing process using tools or manual methods as required Ensure timely and accurate content uploads with appropriate hashtags, tags, and copy 4. Performance Analysis & Reporting Monitor and analyze performance metrics using native and third-party tools Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights Use data to continuously optimize campaign performance (engagement, reach, conversions) 5. Coordination & Process Management Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients Coordinate efficiently with internal teams including designers, video editors, performance marketers, and copywriters Ensure on-time delivery and maintain project timelines across tasks Required Skills & Experience: Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role (agency experience strongly preferred) Strong understanding of major platforms, trends, algorithms, and publishing tools Experience in strategy deck creation and client presentations Good design and copy sensibility with the ability to provide constructive feedback Hands-on experience with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Canva, and Google Analytics Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and manage multiple brands simultaneously Nice to Have: Experience in influencer marketing or paid media coordination Basic understanding of performance marketing metrics Prior experience working in a startup or fast-paced agency environment What We Offer: A collaborative and growth-focused work environment Opportunities to lead campaigns for a variety of brands Exposure to strategy, execution, and performance – all under one role Competitive compensation with performance-based growth opportunities
