As a highly motivated PED Attribute Lead, you will be responsible for defining and delivering vehicle-level attributes related to performance, fuel/energy efficiency, and driveability. Your role is crucial in ensuring that the vehicle meets customer expectations and competitive benchmarks in dynamic performance and real-world usability. Your key responsibilities will include: - Defining attribute targets for vehicle performance such as acceleration and top speed, energy/fuel efficiency, and driveability including throttle response, shift quality, and NVH. - Leading cross-functional teams, including powertrain, chassis, calibration, and software, to deliver attribute performance. - Developing and executing test plans for the validation of PED attributes in simulation, lab, and real-world environments. - Benchmarking competitor vehicles and analyzing market trends to inform target setting. - Utilizing data analytics and modeling tools to predict and optimize attribute performance. - Supporting vehicle tuning and calibration activities to meet attribute goals. - Presenting attribute status updates to relevant stakeholders.,
