Vehicle Tracking Executive

Job Purpose:

To monitor, track, and manage the real-time location and performance of vehicles using GPS tracking systems. Ensure effective fleet utilization, driver compliance, and timely reporting to support logistics and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor live GPS tracking systems to track vehicle locations and movements.
• Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely deliveries and adherence to routes.
• Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports on vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and driver behavior.
• Alert and escalate delays, route deviations, or vehicle misuse to concerned authorities.
• Maintain data records of trips, idle time, fuel usage, stoppages, and maintenance schedules.
• Ensure vehicle tracking hardware and software are functioning properly; liaise with vendors for troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with the dispatch team for efficient vehicle deployment.
• Verify trip completion and update trip logs for accounting and operational records.
• Assist in managing compliance related to transport rules and internal vehicle policies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
