Preferred Qualifications: Education: Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering (or equivalent) from an accredited university. Technical Skills: Experience in testing within the Automotive Powertrain domain, including HIL (Hardware-in-the-Loop) and Vehicle testing Proficiency with test development tools, such as dSPACE ControlDesk, Provetech TA Proficient in CAN/networking tools INCA, CANalyzer, CANape, ATI Vision Familiarity with ALM tools (Application Lifecycle Management), such as IBM DOORS, PTC Integrity, Rational Quality Manager (RQM), Rational Team Concert (RTC) Knowledge of: UDS (Unified Diagnostic Services), CARB OBD and Federal Diagnostic Requirements Working knowledge of HIL hardware/software test environments: Plant models, harnesses, load boxes, fault insertion units (FIUs), controllers Scripting experience: Python, VectorScript (VS) Soft Skills & Other Competencies: Strong communication skills, verbal and written Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Self-motivated and able to motivate team members Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration abilities Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing environments Familiarity with office productivity tools (e.g., Google Sheets, Docs) Fundamental understanding of Hybrid and Electric Vehicle architectures Key Tools: dSPACE, ControlDesk INCA, CANalyzer
