Roles and Responsibilities Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve business targets through effective field sales strategies. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new opportunities for growth and expansion. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and services, ensuring seamless integration into existing channels. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions on product positioning and pricing. Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to junior team members to enhance their skills and performance. Desired Candidate Profile 1-6 years of experience in B2C or BFSI sales (credit cards, banking/NBFC loans). Strong understanding of channel sales principles and ability to develop effective partnerships with distributors/agents. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels; fluency in local language(s) required.
