The Car Technician position at our reputed Car Showroom based in OMR-Chennai requires a skilled and detail-oriented individual to ensure the vehicles are showroom-ready and meet customer expectations. As a Technician, you will be responsible for conducting pre-delivery inspections, diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, performing repairs and maintenance tasks, and upholding cleanliness and safety standards in the workshop and showroom floor. Key Responsibilities: - Perform pre-delivery inspections (PDI) and routine service checks on new and used vehicles. - Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools and efficiently rectify them. - Conduct minor repairs, part replacements, and regular maintenance tasks such as oil changes, brakes, battery replacements, etc. - Ensure all vehicles meet showroom quality standards before display or delivery. - Maintain service logs, inspection reports, and ensure timely updates in job cards. - Follow showroom and manufacturer protocols for vehicle handling and maintenance. - Coordinate with service advisors and workshop managers to ensure a smooth workflow. This is a full-time position suitable for fresher candidates. The work schedule includes day and morning shifts with the work location being in person at OMR-Chennai.,
