As a member of the Vehicle Finance Team at Exponent Energy based in Bengaluru, you will play a crucial role in increasing the company's market share in Bengaluru and beyond, focusing on promoting the adoption of 15-minute rapid charging technology powered by the Flexible Energy Stack, comprising the e^pack (battery pack) and e^pump (charging station). The team operates with a hustle mindset and follows the philosophy of Break, Believe, Build. - **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Identify market benchmarks for vehicle financing across different segments and regions, including competitors. - Establish and nurture relationships with financiers of varying sizes and types. - Collaborate with the VF operations team to onboard and launch financing operations with new financiers. - Manage relationships and address escalations with financing partners to meet financing targets. - Introduce new product offerings, partnerships, or terms based on VF operations team feedback. - **Key Performance Indicators for the role:** - Achieve target Approval Rate, Turnaround Time (TAT), and Loan Value for the assigned city. **About The Candidate:** **What is Needed For The Job + Ideal years of experience** - 3-5 years of experience, preferably with 1-2 years in on-ground case management in vehicle financing. - Strong communication and relationship-building skills. - Ability to identify and drive deals that offer value and ensure a suitable Return on Investment (RoI) for Exponent. - Proficiency in influencing external stakeholders to meet critical targets. - Utilize data to propose new product lines and terms in vehicle financing. - Expertise in Excel, financial modeling, and pitching business cases.,
