Key Responsibilities: Ensure all materials are delivered to customers as per TAT (Turn Around Time). Respond to customer inquiries and provide updates on material dispatch and delivery. Gather and act on customer feedback regarding delivery experience. Arrange vehicles based on load and route requirements. Maintain timely vehicle servicing and ensure documentation is up to date. Ensure 100% POD (Proof of Delivery) upload on a daily basis with accurate records. Monitor fuel consumption and ensure fair remuneration to drivers based on kilometers and on-time performance. Close trip records daily and share cost sheets with Warehouse. Handle vendor coordination, including contract renewals for transporters. Collaborate with Warehouse Manager and Floor Incharge to align dispatch plans with route schedules. Review transporter invoices and ensure timely payment coordination with accounts. Conduct training sessions for drivers on safety, loading/unloading, and communication. Oversee vehicle servicing and maintenance to ensure compliance and efficiency. Implement preventive measures to reduce transit losses or damages. Manage material returns, including recalls, warranty items, and unsold inventory.
