1. To implement the breeding programmes given by the Breeding Group Head. 2. Get the proper documentation of various activities in prescribed formats. 3. Guide all Field Assistant of his group for proper data observation and identification off type plant and crop maintenance. 4. Assisting the Sr. Breeder for getting the crop review process completed and diverse proper response and action plan. 5. Provide data and documents required to the Chief. 6. Any other critical and responsible job arising from time to time.
