Develop and implement comprehensive training programs that address identified needs, enhancing employee competencies. Monitor and assess the impact of training programs, making necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement. Collaborate with leadership to design programs that prepare employees for future leadership roles. 4. 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 & 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: Drive the performance management process for the sales teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Design and implement career development programs to identify and nurture high-potential talent within the sales function. Conduct training sessions to upskill sales employees and frontline managers. 5. 𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐚 𝐀𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐬𝐢𝐬 & 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠: Provide data-driven insights to leadership to inform HR strategies and decision-making. 6.
