As a Lead Developer specializing in Veeva CLM assets, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the end-to-end development and deployment of various Veeva CLM assets such as iDetail, eDetail, Approved Emailers, and CLM Presentations. You will be expected to leverage your expertise in Veeva Multichannel CRM, Vault PromoMats, and CLM best practices to provide technical guidance and support to a team of developers and content producers. Your role will involve managing and mentoring the team, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards, and driving innovation by evaluating new features and automation opportunities within the Veeva ecosystem. In this capacity, you will collaborate with global stakeholders from brand, medical, regulatory, and agencies to gather requirements, oversee technical scoping, solution design, and build interactive content using HTML5, JavaScript, and related frameworks. It will be crucial to ensure compliance with pharma regulations, data privacy, and Veeva content approval workflows, as well as troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to asset functionality, compatibility, and Veeva integration. Additionally, you will maintain documentation for processes, technical specifications, and best practices to support the effective execution of projects. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field along with a minimum of 7 years of experience in digital content production for pharma, including at least 3 years of hands-on experience with Veeva CLM. Your strong expertise in Veeva Vault PromoMats, Multichannel CRM, and Approved Email, coupled with proficiency in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive frameworks like Bootstrap, will be essential for success. Moreover, your experience in leading technical teams, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and ensuring compliance with pharma regulatory requirements for digital content will be highly valued. Excellent communication skills, the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions, and familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies are key attributes that will enhance your performance in this role. Veeva certifications (Vault, CRM, CLM) and experience with global content localization, modular content strategies, animation, interactive media, or advanced analytics in CLM assets will be considered advantageous.
