Manage the Directors calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements (domestic & international). Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes of meetings for follow-up actions. Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails on behalf of the Director with professionalism and confidentiality. Maintain and organize important files, documents, and records. Role & responsibilities Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion. Support in planning, research, and execution of business strategies and presentations. Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the Directors office appropriately. Preferred candidate profile Key Skills & Competencies: Excellent communication and drafting skills (both written & verbal). Strong organizational and time management abilities. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively. High degree of confidentiality and professionalism. Positive attitude and willingness to take ownership.
