Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant located in Chennai. The Assistant will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, supporting project management activities, liaising with clients and subcontractors, and handling documentation and communication. Additional tasks include scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and ensuring the smooth operation of the office. Qualifications Administrative skills: Coordination, scheduling, documentation, and record-keeping Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, client interaction, and liaison capabilities Organizational skills: Strong organizational abilities, time management, and multitasking Project management skills: Assisting in project planning, monitoring, and support Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and office management software Ability to work independently and as part of a team A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred Experience in the construction or interior design industry is a plus
