Role & responsibilities Department: Sales. 1. Sales Strategy Development : Develop and implement sales strategies specifically for the Uber Luxury market segment, targeting middle to high-income consumers. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the existing customer base. 2. Closing Sales : Lead the sales team in closing deals effectively, focusing on high conversion rates. Train team members on closing techniques and negotiation strategies to maximize sales. 3. Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business. Address client concerns and inquiries promptly to facilitate the closing process. 4. Performance Monitoring : Set clear sales targets and KPIs for the team; monitor performance and provide regular feedback. Analyze sales data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and successful closing strategies. 5. Market Research and Analysis : Conduct research to understand consumer preferences, market trends, and competitive landscape within the Uber Luxury segment. Use insights to inform sales strategies and product offerings. 6. Collaboration with Marketing : Work closely with the marketing team to design campaigns that resonate with the Uber Luxury audience. Provide feedback on marketing materials and promotions to ensure alignment with sales objectives. 7. Team Leadership and Development : Mentor and coach team members to improve their sales techniques and closing skills. Organize regular training sessions and workshops focused on enhancing team performance. Minimum Qualifications Education : Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus. Experience : 5-7 years of sales experience, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role, preferably in a premium or accessible luxury market. Knowledge : Understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics in the Uber Luxury segment. Functions Sales Leadership : Lead the closing efforts for the Uber Luxury sales team. Client Management : Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to facilitate closing opportunities. Performance Analysis : Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics related to closing effectiveness. Technical Skills CRM Software : Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for tracking sales activities and client interactions. Data Analysis : Ability to analyze sales data and customer insights using tools like Excel or business intelligence software. Presentation Skills : Strong ability to create and deliver impactful presentations to potential clients. Behavioral Traits Results-Oriented : Strong focus on achieving sales targets and closing deals. Excellent Communicator : Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage clients effectively. Persuasive : Ability to negotiate and persuade clients to finalize purchases. Team Player : Collaborative approach to working with team members and other departments. Adaptable : Flexibility to adjust strategies based on market conditions and customer feedback.
