Working closely with our content and tech teams, you will generate ideas and refine your skills based on constructive feedback. This role offers hands-on projects to facilitate your learning and growth - while we will provide guidance, your eagerness to learn is crucial. The ideal candidate for this position is a fresher or entry-level editor with up to 1 year of experience, comfortable working with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects at an intermediate level. You should have a curiosity about and some exposure to AI tools, a basic understanding of storytelling, pacing, and video aesthetics, and the ability to follow instructions, meet deadlines, and welcome feedback. Experience with YouTube videos, Instagram Reels, or short-format content is a plus. Additional skills that would be beneficial include knowledge of social media trends, meme culture, and viral editing styles, familiarity with collaboration tools like CapCut, Canva, VEED, or Notion, and basic audio editing or sound syncing abilities.
