Exp: 2 to 5 years (related any retail or manufacturing unit)

reviewing footage, collaborating with directors to align with a creative vision, using editing software, and optimizing the final product for various platforms while meeting deadlines. Core Responsibilities

• Raw Footage Management:Review, organize, and select the best shots and clips from raw footage to create a narrative.
• Editing & Assembly:Cut, trim, and arrange video segments into a cohesive and flowing sequence, synchronizing video with audio.
• Adding Creative Elements:Incorporate graphics, special effects, transitions, and titles to enhance visual storytelling and meet project requirements.
• Audio Integration:Select and add appropriate background music, sound effects, and dialogue to improve scene value and maintain continuity.
• Collaboration:Work closely with directors, producers, and other team members to understand and execute the desired creative vision and incorporate feedback.

Technical & Finalization Tasks

• Color Correction & Grading:Adjust the color and tone of footage to create a specific look or style and ensure visual consistency.
• File Management:Organize and maintain digital video files and project assets in a structured manner.
• Exporting & Delivery:Export final video projects into different formats and codecs suitable for various platforms like social media, streaming, or broadcasting.
• Quality Assurance:Review the final product to ensure there are no errors and that it meets quality standards and technical specifications before delivery.

Strategic & Creative Contributions

• Storytelling:Develop a strong narrative flow and engaging sequence to tell a compelling story through the video.
• Technical Knowledge:Possess a strong understanding of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and various video formats.
• Platform Optimization:Adjust video content for optimal performance and appearance across different platforms and devices.
• Continuous Improvement:Stay updated on the latest video editing techniques, software, and industry trends.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
