We are now hiring a Reverse Engineering Specialist to join our expert team at our Kolkata facility. 🔧 Key Responsibilities: Reverse engineer high-precision mechanical spare parts using AutoCAD 2D based on physical samples or historical drawings. Read and interpret detailed manufacturing drawings for complex components. Use precision measurement and inspection tools (Micrometer, Vernier, etc.) to capture dimensional data. Guide internal teams on manufacturing processes and best practices including: Lathe / Turning, Milling, Grinding (surface, cylindrical, tool & cutter) EDM Spark / Wirecut, VMC, CNC Turning Design step-by-step manufacturing drawings with material specs and tolerances. Recommend suitable raw materials, coatings, and hardening processes (e.g., tool steel, nitriding, anodizing). Collaborate with programming teams for VMC, CNC & EDM using MasterCam, Elcam, Fanuc (BFW), Siemens , Electronica controls. 🎓 Required Experience & Skills: 3–5 years+ experience in reverse engineering and high-precision mechanical manufacturing. Proficient in AutoCAD 2D drafting for mechanical components. Sound knowledge of engineering materials , heat treatment, and coating methods.
