Telecaller (Work From Home) – eCommerce Support Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our eCommerce team. Your main role will be to connect with customers over phone calls, assist them with their queries, and help drive sales and order processing. Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers regarding products, offers, and orders. Answer incoming customer calls and resolve queries promptly. Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details. Follow up with interested leads and ensure smooth order processing. Share product information and guide customers through purchase steps. Meet daily and monthly targets for calls and conversions. Requirements: Fluent in English and Hindi (spoken and written). Confident communication and convincing skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, eCommerce platforms). A smartphone/laptop and good internet connection. Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is a plus. Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset. Work Type: Remote / Work from Home Compensation & Benefits: Fixed monthly salary. Daily incentives and performance bonuses. Flexible working hours.
