We are looking for a skilled and passionate Chef who can bring authenticity, creativity, and consistency to our kitchen. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Gujarati cuisine, North Indian cuisine, and Chinese cuisine, with the ability to craft traditional flavors while also adapting to modern dining preferences. Key Responsibilities: Plan and prepare a variety of dishes across Gujarati, North Indian, and Chinese cuisines. Ensure taste, presentation, and quality meet the restaurant’s standards. Develop new recipes and seasonal menus. Manage kitchen operations, including food prep, hygiene, and inventory control. Train and guide kitchen staff in cooking techniques and presentation. Maintain cost control and minimize wastage. Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations. Skills & Requirements: Proven experience as a Chef specializing in Gujarati, North Indian, and Chinese cuisines. Strong knowledge of traditional recipes, spices, and cooking techniques. Ability to balance authenticity with customer preferences. Good leadership, time management, and multitasking skills. Creativity in presentation and menu development.
