Company Description Vedcore is a solar INS firm operating in Urban & rural areas to standardise the solar installtion workspace. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Solar Engineer located in Vishkapatnam & tirupati The Solar Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and overseeing the installation of roof top solar power systems. Daily tasks include monitoring the inhouse manpower and assigning them to different locations with in the districts/regions & assist in PV system design,operational efficiency and safety of solar power installations. The role also involves troubleshooting, maintenance, and compliance with industry standards and regulations. Qualifications Experience in the Solar Industry, including knowledge of Solar Power and Solar Systems Proficiency in PV Design and Electrical Design Strong analytical and problem-solving skills & leadsership capabilities Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field Experience with industry-standard software and tools for solar system design and analysis is a plus Understanding of local and national electrical codes and standards
