Vedant Finserv is seeking a Client Relationship Associate with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience to join our dynamic team. The role involves nurturing and managing relationships with high-net-worth clients, ensuring their financial planning needs are met with precision and care. You will work closely with the founder to deliver a seamless client experience and drive client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, acting as their primary point of contact. • Schedule and coordinate client meetings, portfolio reviews, and financial planning sessions. • Ensure timely communication with clients regarding updates on investments, account changes, and financial reports. • Address client inquiries and concerns, escalating issues when necessary to ensure prompt resolution. • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, update CRM tools, and ensure confidentiality. • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure a 360-degree approach to client servicing, including tax, insurance, and legacy planning. • Support client onboarding, ensuring all documentation is complete and in compliance with regulatory requirements. Key Requirements: • Minimum of 2 years of experience in client relationship management, preferably in financial services or wealth management. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage and prioritize tasks. • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Knowledge of financial products and services (mutual funds, insurance, portfolio management, etc.) is an advantage. • Detail-oriented and proactive in anticipating client needs. • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
