Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Manager located in New Delhi. The Retail Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing the sales team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving overall store performance. Additional duties include inventory management, staff training, and maintaining a high standard of customer service. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Proven ability to achieve high levels of Customer Satisfaction Team Management and Sales experience Excellent organizational and leadership skills Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field Experience in the retail industry is a plus Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
