Participation in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas and collaboration with other designers on projects will be encouraged. In terms of qualifications, you should have proven experience as a logo designer or in a similar graphic design role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your logo design work. Proficiency in design software, particularly Adobe Illustrator, is required. A deep understanding of design principles and branding strategies is essential, along with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills, a keen eye for aesthetics, and a creative mindset are important attributes for this role. Moreover, you should possess an understanding of typography, color theory, vector-based design, both print and digital media design, and be up-to-date with the latest design trends and tools. A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred.
