Responsibilities/ Duties Ensure that all installed systems and infrastructure are managed and monitored on an ongoing basis and overseeing the development and installation of new networking and computing infrastructures. Providing support for the installation, configuration, testing, and maintenance of OS, application software, and system management tools. Implementing best practices for system security and data backups. Anticipating potential issues or bottlenecks and identifying possible solutions. Troubleshooting and resolving all technical issues when they arise. Communicating effectively to ensure the setup process runs smoothly. Administer and optimize VDI solutions to provide a seamless and secure virtual desktop experience. Collaborate with end-users and IT teams to troubleshoot VDI-related issues and ensure optimal performance. Solve any issues which occurs into the company owned devices such as Google Workspace, Slack and Zoom Develop tooling and processes to facilitate end-user asset management, provisioning and tracking. Build and maintain cross-functional relationships with internal teams to drive initiatives. Oversee and provide operations support including account management, workflow, log analysis, troubleshooting and service optimization. Assist in ongoing evaluation and management of major vendor relationships and outsourcing arrangements. Develop system-monitoring and support automation to enhance and scale the quality of support. Provide emergency response either by being on-call or by reacting to symptoms according to monitoring and escalation when needed. Criteria for the Role! Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field. Proven track record of installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Linux, Windows and Mac. Exceptional knowledge of networking technologies (OSI network layers, TCP/IP). Familiarity with administration, performance tuning, and system monitoring. Good communication skills (written, verbal, and face-to-face). Experience administering SaaS applications, Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom In-depth knowledge of identity and access management concepts and practices. Ability to create, analyze and action the output of custom reports. Proven track record of Network Management. Access points setting up and managing LAN and WAN networks, firewall and switches. Familiarity with compliance is a good to have Has managed or has experience maintaining and installing Video Solutions(Hikvision, Cisco or Omni). CCTV and DVR.
