Your responsibilities You are responsible for the commercial operations which includes supporting Sales during the bid and proposal stage as well as supporting the Project management team during the project execution stage The commercial analysis of invitation to bid (ITB) and/or contracts,, preparation of commercial bid documentation as well as supporting contractual negotiations with clients are part of your tasks. Furthermore, your activities include addressing commercial topics and contract risks. In addition, you will also be responsible for determining relevant costs and elaborating and negotiating the payment milestones and collateral. Together with Sales and the Legal department you are integral part of the proposal team. Through your work, as part of the proposal team, you will ensure the delivery of competitive proposals and participate in client negotiations.
