Role & responsibilities 1. Balance of Plant (BOP) Activities: Oversee design, execution, and commissioning of BOP systems including roads, foundations, substations, transmission lines, control rooms, etc. Coordinate with civil and electrical contractors to ensure timely and quality delivery of infrastructure. Review and approve engineering drawings, calculations, and documentation. Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations during construction. 2. Technical Support Wind Turbines: Provide technical expertise during installation, commissioning, and operation of wind turbines. Troubleshoot turbine performance issues and coordinate with OEMs for resolution. Analyze SCADA data and site performance to identify technical anomalies or underperformance. Assist in root cause analysis for technical failures or faults. Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities. 3. Compliance and Safety: Ensure all work complies with applicable codes, standards, and HSE requirements. Conduct or support audits and inspections related to technical and BOP works. Skills & Qualifications: Strong understanding of wind turbine systems and infrastructure requirements. Experience in BOP design and execution for renewable energy projects. Good knowledge of SCADA systems, LV/MV/HV systems. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in remote locations and under project deadlines.
