We are hiring ERT (Emergency Response Team) personnel for the Control Room of a leading mall. The candidate will be responsible for real-time monitoring of safety & security systems and coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth mall operations. Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile. Key Responsibilities: Monitor all CCTV systems and safety equipment (FAS, Gas Panel, Access Control, etc.) Maintain incident/event logs in the General Diary Distribute and maintain daily operational gadgets (Walkie Talkies, Torch, HHMDs) Coordinate with Security, Housekeeping, Engineering & Parking teams during incidents Report any abnormal situations to Control Room Executive Follow safety protocols during fire, medical emergencies, or security incidents Maintain registers Work Permits, Key Register, Fire/Gas Alarms, etc. Ensure proper storage and retrieval of CCTV footage Assist in enforcing mall operational SOPs and VIP visit protocols Desired Candidate Profile: Minimum 2 years’ experience in control room or security monitoring Knowledge of CCTV, FAS, DVRs, emergency handling Strong observation & communication skills Willingness to work in rotational shifts Prior mall/security/facility management experience preferred
