Job Profile: Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews) Maintain and update employee records and HR databases Support onboarding and induction process for new hires Assist in drafting HR documents like offer letters, confirmation letters, etc. Help coordinate training sessions and workshops Assist in employee engagement initiatives and event planning Support payroll and attendance tracking Prepare reports and presentations for HR metrics Handle basic employee queries and escalate when needed Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR department Qualifications: Pursuing or recently completed graduation (preferably in HR or related field) Basic computer knowledge (MS Office) Good communication skills Willingness to learn and adapt Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship Work Location: In person
