No leave policy (i.e. they deduct the salary for any leave apart of week offs) salary day is 10th of every month. However, one extra star for few people of hiring team, trainers and supervisors!

in my 5 years of bpo experience ever worst company, only politics else nothing, management is very bad, they are think they have buy employees. andro one of the most big politicians, never hell your life, there is thousands of company go there and join. even HR also not taken any actions, they can fire you any time when they wants
